MailSnap provides AI-powered email template generation and management services for developers. Our Services include:

  • AI-assisted email template creation
  • Template editing and management
  • Email sending via API integration
  • Brand configuration and management

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information

  • Maintaining reasonable sending volumes and practices

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by MailSnap and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of email templates and content you create using our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Services.

7. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

8. Free Tier and Trials

We offer a free tier to help you get started. While we intend to keep free access available, we may adjust what's included as we grow. If we make significant changes to the free tier, we'll give you notice so you can decide what works for you.

9. Termination

You can cancel your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (like sending spam or abusing the service). If we need to terminate your account, we'll try to give you notice and explain why, unless the violation is severe.

After termination:

  • You'll have 30 days to export your data
  • After that, we'll delete your account and associated data

10. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep MailSnap running smoothly, but we can't promise perfection. Our Services are provided "as is" without guarantees that everything will work flawlessly 100% of the time. Like any software, we may occasionally have bugs, downtime, or issues we're working to fix.

11. Limitation of Liability

If something goes wrong, we want to make it right. However, we need to set reasonable limits on our liability to keep running a sustainable business.

We're not liable for indirect damages (like lost profits or business interruption) that might result from using our Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose.

These limits exist so we can offer MailSnap at accessible prices while still being accountable for our direct responsibilities to you.

12. Responsibility for Your Use

You're responsible for how you use MailSnap. If your use of our Services (like sending emails that violate laws) causes us to face legal claims, you agree to cover the resulting costs. This is standard practice since we can't be responsible for what you send through our platform.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as MailSnap evolves. For significant changes, we'll email you and give you time to review before they take effect. Minor clarifications won't require notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern, please reach out to us first at legal@usemailsnap.com. We'll try to resolve things directly since it's faster and easier for everyone. If we can't work it out, disputes will be handled in the courts of the Philippines.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
